Built a .18ohm set up and i am vaping with a 20amp battery at 60 watts! Was wondering if it is afe because i dont really understand those calculators online!

It's a 18.26 amp draw, so you're close to max, but ok.

What is the battery in question?

Is the mod regulated or unregulated?

These are the 2 biggest questions I have and then will tell you if its safe and why/or why it is not.
