Is there a noticeable difference in the voltage drop on the ruby, does it actually hit harder?

I tested the ruby 21 vs the vindicator 21 eons ago. I don't remember the numbers, but do remember the voltage was higher on the ruby. So I guess the answer is yes, does hit harder. Using each side by side I wouldn't really say I notice it though. Maybe a tad.
