X CUBE II won't stay in temp mode

Using an x cube II with a tfv4 tank with a quad coil. I have it set for ni200 coil, but about halfway thru my hit it switches itself to watt mode. What am I doing wrong?

I didn't think nickel coils were out for it yet? What coil do you have in it?

Mine does the same thing have only had a kanger subtank plus with Ni coil. Is anyone else having updating problems! I cannot do the upgrade says no aprom??? And Smoks customer service in NON existant??

Mine was doing this too. I turned off the Bluetooth, restarted the device and it's been working ever since. I find too that if you are switching atomizers, you have to shut it off and turn it back on. The app on an android device is pretty buggy and doesn't seem to work right all the time. After the latest update, you can pretty much modify everything directly from the device anyways. I just wish they would add the feature to be able to set the wattage or joules when vaping in temp mode instead of the soft, normal and max garbage.
