Please excuse me but I'm having a little trouble understanding your issue. Are you having trouble updating it or did you update it and the mod stopped working?
I tried to update my x cube mini and it goes failed. Then I tried to turn on my mod and i cant do this. Screen and Mod didn't work.

try to update again. Make sure you follow the directions step by step.
i tried but my pc and other pc's can't find smok like USB DEVICE.

thats the correct link. the smok website sucks and if you try to upgrade the firmware for the mini it takes you to an old upgrade of the 2 instead for some reason
