XOMO 255S GT LASER MOD CHARGING

Does anybody know how I can tell my zomo 255S gt laser is fully charged?
I am charging it at 5 volts and 1.0 amp as per the instruction manual. The LED charging indicator goes from flashing red to flashing blue to flashing green. It does not say what will happen when fully charged. Manual indicates it should be full (3500mah internal battery) in approximately 3 hours.
Can anyone tell me what you know about this mod and charging?

Im currently using this box mod for a week now and as i have observed are the following

When in use the led light at the back of the fuse will show green color when the battery is around 100%-70%, blue color if it is 70%-30% ,and red when its 30% below

When charging it shows the same the only difference is it is on a blinking state you will know when the battery is full if the light is in a purplish color.
