Yellow Jacket rda

Getting muted flavor on the Yellow Jacket and I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong. Coils are 24g kanthal, 2.5mm id, .33ohm, and running at 50w on a Pulse 80w.

I don't own it but that that's what I would try, and as close as possible to the bell.

That is a tough style deck to build on. It's very similar to the Dovpo Bushido 2. The best you can do is get the coils as high as possible without hitting the dome and in as close to the airflow as possible. I don't have a yellow jacket but I do have the bushido.

Not familiar with that RDA but it looks like a long way up for the juice to wick?

Does have long tails, could, because of where the af is, keep it juiced up high.

The well doesn’t start at the end of the coil like other rda’s, it’s kinda off set and behind the coil.

It squonks up to the bell then down onto the coils/wick.

I’m going to try adjusting the coils without the wicks tomorrow, then I’ll pump it up and see if that helps. I had a Bushido early on but sold it off.

I like the bushido but it is definitely a finicky build. I don't use it very much. I have too many other RDAs I like much better.
