That's the problem, cops profile, or lump people into those categories themselves. That is why I do it. I will treat them as they treat me and others. Being a Brit Living in the US I know both sides of the story and I even lived near Brixton...I also had a old school friend who was a officer in the CID the UK's equivalent to the US's FBI but he never had gun training (Only a small percentage do)...He left after a few years because he thought everyone there were assholes abusing there powers and after he brought shit up they made his life hell... anyway I have to disagree about that Video being "Bullshit" that's the difference in the US and UK how cops handle the same situation
