“By recognizing that a majority of these young adults are seeking health sources from the internet rather than a healthcare provider, healthcare providers should help ensure that young adults receive reputable health information when it comes to tobacco products, i.e. E. Cig and cigarettes,” he said."

Are they saying that it's bad that people who are smart enough to look online are finding out that vaping is vastly safer than smoking?

The way they just throw the phrase "tobacco products" around who fucking knows?

"Tobacco products" is not a singular item with the same risk but whoever wrote this story seems to be trying to blur the lines to make it appear that way.

Dude let me put it this way...when I was a kid nobody talked about nutrition, mediatation, exercise, yoga, herbs, bodywork, or even therapy for illness...you went to the AMA certified doctor and their word was God, and they dealt out drugs from big pharma like candy. The 60's 70's 80's came along and there was a revolution in the way people viewed their physical, mental and spiritual health...a massive amount of power shifted from the goverment approved health care system to the individual.....and they have been fighting that trend every step of the way..I can't tell you how many times the goverment tried to shut down the health supplement industry, how many petitions I signed to have free access to nurtitional supplements....so no this does not surprise me...they will continue to fight and so must we.

Yes. They can't stand it that they no longer control the narrative.
