What is the best mistake you ever made mixing....loose count of flavorings? mixed up bottles,did a double count..bad math....and it turned out to be a brilliant succses.

oh no my best mistake was far more devious i was taking the last few drops in each bottle of premade/diy and i kept adding them to a 30ml over the course of a year then one day i ran out of juice i looked at the suicidal concoction i had made and said screw it loaded up my hellfire genesis atty and vaped it.....the flavor was so complex and tasty i realized at that moment i had boned myself because i will never be able to recreate it.
