This is probably not the best time to mention this, but, stress and anger increase pressure which causes more pain. Try to do something calming.
Im watching a beatles documentary. Also petting my dog. Both have been clinicaly proven to reduce stress. Now i just need the pain to decrease

Now...I'm no doctor, I don't even watch them on tv....but in my personal opinion, with all due respect, bless everyone's heart, whiskey usually soothes that pain for me...not bottles of it...just a little sip or two...maybe three or forty.
