I can attest -- I'm extremely analytical, excellent at arithmetic and accounting, shitty at higher math -- good at music, writing, drawing, and anything with color -- and have struggled with depression and anxiety my ENTIRE life, along with drug and alcohol addiction.
One thing I found that I really, really enjoy, is web design -- it allows a fine meshing of the right and left sides of the brain -- right for the color and balance and feel, left for the code and neat/clean-ness of the site's function. To me it feels like a perfect marriage to get my right and left brain communicating!

ETA: another good way to get the two sides communicating is gardening./landscaping -- it's extremely aesthetic, to have it look really great... but it takes a lot of planning, lots of measuring of distances and area and also measuring chemicals for various things -- it's also very hard on the physical body! Excellent treatment for depression, for sure!
