Might want to spray it down w/PB Blaster or put a little heat on the frame then take an ice cube and put it an the nub sticking out on the other side then quickly try to punch it out, expand/shrink it works some of the time, good luck buddy those really suck.

I'm using some "knock'er loose" penetrating oil on her and have tried emense heat with no luck. I'm about to hop in the jeep and go get some proper ti drill bits and kick its ass lol

You need to go back to sleep and try to recapture that one.
Those are a PITA when you heat it you need to cool the core with ice to shrink the core sometimes it works.
