That looks very nice. However I'm curious in what way(s) it's better than a Triade 250? I mean they both use the same chip and run off triple 18650's. The Triade has lots of different options for the battery cover. I'm not saying the Triade is better, I'm just wondering what makes you say the VT250 is better (Am I missing something?).3x18650 HELL YEAH!!!

Ooh, finally more info. So they did do it with 18650s. The original photos had that back panel looking more sculpted so it wasn't clear what would fit in there. I was sort of hoping that back was more sculpted, but I guess the earlier photos with a dark background made it harder to see. Curious what color options they'll offer.

. I figure it comes down to personal preference (looks) and probably to a large part which one we can find a better deal on . I got my Triade 250's on a 25% sale for $111 and change shipped from the USA. I haven't seen a price that good since I bought them. I like the Leather/Ostrich doors and the ability to change them.
