I'm a terrible husband, my wife is turning 50 in april and i haven't been able to figure out how to throw her a birthday party. My sister just called me and said she wants my wife to go to the MAN SHOW on April 10th with her for their birthdays, my sister's birthday is the 14 of april, my wife's is the 1st of april. So i figured why not, you only live once right, i still want to give her a 50th party though. WHAT DO I DO????? All the women here should know what the MAN SHOW is right? I do.

Wife has a weight ball and rubber straps at home to help.. At first they tried to get her to just 'walk' with her fingers up the wall.. Nope. Didnt happen.. But about 5-6 months later it was about 90%.. the rest took a little longerI certainly plan on it I did a few stretches the doc said would help tonight after dinner, range of movement was a bit better

can someone please help me? i think i picked up some malware or something. i have run my malware software but it's still there. here is what it looks like on my screen:
