Nah, it was something I bought on eBay and when those cleaning guys were here, some stuff went missing or was thrown out. I almost lost a jewelry box of nice stuff my hubs bought me over the years, but I called their boss and it magically appeared the next day!!
Glad it wasn't special, still sucks losing it. WTH??? You should have called the BBB and put in a complaint. That way when someone else wants to use that business they will be informed and get a different business.

It only hurts now if I move it the wrong way. Argh. I tripped over some electrical cord since I wasn’t looking and almost fell. I braced myself with my arm on the floor and I guess twisted my wrist. I bought some CBD salve which helps a little. I don’t have real pain killers, just aspirin and acetomenaphen.
Damn girl ! Glad it wasn't more serious like a broken wrist. Hope it heals quickly
I almost did something stupid and fell off the bed while using the sweeper to clean the cobwebs off the ceiling. Wasn't paying attention to where the bed ends and almost took one too many steps. It was all good...I didn't fall :)
I wanna know is...how the hell do people clean up the cobwebs off or change light bulbs of those ceilings that reach for the sky? Do they hire people to do it? Hmm, things I may never know.

I’ve got high ceilings since the building is from 1937. I made those guys replace some of the bulbs with LEDs but I’m gonna have to have someone come in to take a few more things out (boxes of stuff) so I’ll have them do more bulb changing. PITA!!!

Man, the over the counter pain killers I bought are not good. They upset my stomach. Even naproxen.

I couldn’t prove it (like voter fraud...Lol) They worked hard but if I hadn’t noticed that stuff being missing, I’d never have gotten it back.

I must be a hard ass, lol. I don't care if they worked hard, if someone thieves that negates the hard work, IMO.

But they would’ve been acting shocked, like they did, and the boss was telling me those guys were “his church crew”. I still owed them half their fee, which is why I think the stuff turned up!!!

Someone or something like a meme asked... If there was two government workers and the light bulb needed changed...who would do it?
I said "Neither, they would hire someone"
I'm glad you are not attempting to do it yourself and letting the workers do it.
Awe, sorry the over the counter pain relievers are not cutting it :( . Have you been putting ice and/or heat on it?
I don't even know what naproxen is

I’m rubbing CBD salve in like crazy and taking CBD oil. Which makes me tired and a lil big fuzzy, but not too bad. I just started, so I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

I got some probiotics to try to even out the OTC meds. I think they were messing with my gut bacteria, because I started going less. :giggle:

The worst of it is over with the pain, afaict. It’s just turning it the wrong way and seeing stars!!! I bought a wrist support band so hopefully that will get here soon. It’s a teeny bit swollen every now and then, but it pretty much happened a couple weeks ago. No wonder people that get in car accidents are messed up weeks later. It’s strange.

It’s a muscle relaxer. My hubs used to take it after he was in a NY bus accident. The prescription stuff is great. The OTC one not so much. He mailed me some but I used them up already.

Oh, LMAO ! I know what they are, I just call 'em muscle relaxers, lol. I didn't even know they had OTC that we are able to buy
Ask him to send you some more.

I'm a dummy when it comes to prescription names, just like alcohol beverages... I know beer names, but when it comes to liquor, wines, champagnes, and such I'm like DUH :teehee:

Just use the CBD oil at night, that way it's not interfering with your day.
There are a couple of herbs, one is Feverfew that reduces the inflammation and muscle spasms, and helps with stomach aches. Nettle or Stinging Nettle reduces pain in joints, muscles, helps with arthritis, gout, anemia, and eczema.
Both are available online. But, with all herbs...medicines...do the research.
Hopefully, the wrist band will help stabilize it, which it should. Heck, an old injury can roar its ugly head 25 yrs later :( unfortunately, I am able to confirm this :xD:

Edit:... I knew I forgot one... Wild Lettuce. Also can be purchased online.

You might want to have that checked, (yes I said that) there is a lot of little bones that make up the wrist. Some are easy to break if struck at the right angle.
