Another cold one here:(
Went and picked up my organic turkey, just butchered yesterday, always fun to go to his farm, he raises quality birds for a very limited number, best turkey I have ate in my entire 70 years of life.:bliss:

Got the turkey brining, it's gettin closer and closer, I can still taste the last one from 2 years ago it tasted so good.:bliss:
The first few years we were married Jean didn't know about brining the bird and just how very much difference it makes in taste and juicyness but since then every bird has been brined.;)
