Just finished up mincing up this beef, four pnds. I really do like this thingie ! I never knew a one existed until bro bought one and showed it to me. For the last more than 30 yrs, I've always used a spatula. But, this past year and this year, I've been mincing up six pnds a week. Was using a spatula until bro bought me a one. It has saved so much time, plus the back of the upper arms get a heck of a work out.

I help bro out with cooking up his beef he brings home. He cooks it to feed Pistol and Maggie Moo Moo. As I'm able to put the beef in the Can Cooker, so he doesn't have to stand at his stove cooking.
I'm so grateful he bought this for me.

Now, off I go to fix some hard boiled eggs. :wave:

No I haven't used your brand, but I have the Cuisinart one that is similar with many attachments that I use for all sorts of cooking. Glad your brother bought you your handy gadget, these appliances sure save time and effort.

What does it say on the box? I use one of these (showing here making chickpea "tuna salad", but it works in a hot pan too), and it also gives you a workout. The bottom edges are cutting sharp, to cut/smash all those little chickpeas that try to escape, but the sides are smooth for scraping the mixture back from the sides to the center of the bowl.
