Did that ever feel good, (soak) the old bod was hurtin pretty badly, I guess from havin my knee bent for so long :facepalm:

but that needed done so badly and so does the rest

. I use an oil that help with the pain. But honestly the long very hot epsom soaks do the most to heal and reduce the pains.

I just had something I thought was delicious
Let me start with I LOVE Mater Sandwiches
Before the big C I would use regular bread, mayo, and mater
Well now I can only have sourdough bread, plant based butter
So I made a sandwich w/ sour bread, plant butter and thought how can I make it better then it came to me, jalapeno sliced thin
It was the best tomato sandwich I have ever ate :bliss:
