I was experimenting, and added like 5% flavor, to 100% PG, thinking that it would hit super hard.
But when I vaped it. I got 0 throat hit. I couldn't feel anything at all....

Most throat hit is from the nicotine, which is why so many new vapers who were never smokers vape such low or no nic, as they can't handle the throat hit...

0% Nicotine level.
It was just PG, and Flavor.
Steve brings up a good question - have you ever smoked, or are you doing this for fun?

Quick reminder - while studies have shown vaping is probably 95% healthier than smoking, it's also worse than not vaping - how much worse we haven't yet determined, but there are plenty of hobbies out there that don't tax your lungs if you're just looking for a pastime.

I find the whole "PG is for throat hit and flavor, VG is for clouds" assertion to be largely overblown - if you want throat hit use a harsh flavor or a high nic level (but again, don't use nic if you're not a smoker, in which case you really don't need to be vaping).

So 100% does this mean you opened a bottle of PG and filled your tank or does it mean you used all PG with flavoring and Nicotine. Because 100% means just PG and nothing else..

Since flavors are generally suspended in PG, for the sake of common vape parlance it's possible to have a 100PG flavored liquid.

I was smoking for like 15 years,
I have made vape juices before.
Like I said, I was experimenting with vaping 100% PG,
and PG produces 0 throat hit at all.
I think all the throat hit comes from the nicotine....
Why do people even add VG to the mixture at all?

Clouds and Density.
Some people like clouds, some people like the feel of a dense vaper going down their throat and filling their lungs.

I'm of the later type. Don't care about clouds, but love the feel of the vaper going down my throat and filling my lungs. I was a lung hit newport smoker for 15 years and I missed that sensation for my first 2 months of vaping so didn't get as much enjoyment out of it. Then I found RDAs.

Some people are allergic to PG so they can only vape VG.

VG does add some sweetness to mixes IMO, oh, and more vapor production:D.
