There are a number of places I go: vaperstek.org for nicotine, bull city vapor or ecig express for flavors, and essential depot for PG/VG. I recently discovered Nicotine River and may use them more now that I've found out I can drive there!

Heartland Vapes is another good place. I get my pg/vg, nic and some flavorings there plus flavorings from bullcity and ecigexpress

Nicotine Labs Nic is very good. The Delosi flavorings are not that great. A bit on the weak side. I buy my flavorings all over the place. Mostly direct from the manufacturers. I've just had too much bad luck with rebottled flavorings.

Here's a bunch of places.

Bottles (you have to order according caps, and/or dripper; ideally brown, or blue bottles, due to their capability of protecting from UV light):
http://packagingoptionsdirect.com/glass-bottles-jars

Syringes (you might need a few for Nicotine base, and flavors that don't have a Dripper cap):
http://www.dudadiesel.com/search.php?query=Syringes

For VG and PG, I'm utilizing those squeeze bottles for Cake decorating, you can use the squeeze bottles for Ketchup/Mustard as well.

Nicotine base:
http://www.vaperstek.org (premium)
http://www.nicotineriver.com
http://nudenicotine.com

VG/PG:
(VG = Vegetable Glycerin, or short Glycerin, PG = Propylene Glycol)
http://www.essentialdepot.com
http://www.chemworld.com (Kennesaw, GA)

Flavors:
http://www.bullcityvapor.com - in NC (BCV)
http://www.ecigexpress.com - in WA (ECX)
Coupon Codes:
BCV - permanent 6% - VU6
ECX - permanent 10% - UNDERGROUND10

Nearly all my flavoring comes from ecigexpress.com
I'll look at the other sites mentioned if I really want something and ecigexpress is out of it, but most of the time I can wait, especially since they carry most flavors in larger bottles.

Syringes and (if you want them) graduated cylinders can be bought pretty cheaply at amazon.com
Especially cheap if you buy them in big packs. Like a box of 100 syringes for under $10. Much better deal then paying half that for only 10 at other places. If you buy the blunt tip needles separately (the big packs of syringes don't come with them), they are sold in packs of 50 for around $10. Lets you select a few different sizes based on your needs. Like thinner needles for extracts and thicker needles for nicotine.

I get all my VG and PG from essentialdepot.com
Nic from vaperstek.org

Bottles, well, that one is a bit messy.
The bottles I use for my own *personal* liquid is this combo set: http://www.sks-bottle.com/340c/fin21c.html
But, I use the caps from these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B513AKA on the 120ml and 240ml bottles

Offers the best of both worlds. The sks bottles are great, I love them. But the caps aren't the best. The twist caps are easy to use, but they can leak easily. Liquid will often remain in them after dripping and if the bottle warms up, it will squirt out when opening the cap. You can avoid this by leaving them open if your going to be using the bottle often, but then after a bit of time liquid will seep out around the twist portion and drip down the bottle. Any liquid in the twist portion can come out when shaking the bottle as well. It's also easy to over drip with twist caps.
The amazon bottles are stiffer, harder to squeeze and the measurements on the side are completely useless. But those caps are wonderful. They don't leak at all and it is easy to control the amount of fluid coming out. They only fit on the 120ml and 240ml bottles from the sks combo set and I am always swapping the few I have around on the bottles depending on what I feel like vaping.

I also have a bunch of regular (non-opening) caps that I use on all the bottles from the combo set when not in use.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TR1QYJO fits on the 30ml and 60ml bottles
Haven't found any that fit on the 120ml and 240ml bottles yet, but I haven't looked either since I have half a dozen or so that came with eliquid from back before I started DIY and they happen to fit on the larger bottles from the SKS combo set.

Looks like everyone hit the points. Just kinda wondering at this point. How would you rate the nic and vg and pg offered by ecx?

I only bought nicotine from ECX once, my very first time buying it when first getting into DIY around a year ago. Got a 120ml, separated it into 15ml bottles and put them in the freezer.

Overall it didn't taste as good as vaperstek.
Even in the freezer, after a few months it was starting to decline. I had to start diluting it more then I wanted. As time went by, the bottles I removed from the freezer started getting peppery faster. The last bottle (5-6 months after purchase) got peppery in less then a week once removed from the freezer.

Taste is subjective though.
I hate throat hit. So I don't like even a slight peppery taste.

I was thinking about getting 100% vg then add pg flavor.....was worried about adding nicotine so figured I'd just get it already in the base liquid

You can get your nic in a vg base or pg or any combination and strength.

Yeah I've been looking and figured I'd do what I said above. Most ppl I've asked about it try to move me away from that and tell me to mix the pg and vg then add the nic

Just wasn't sure how much flavoring to add. Can find any info and making 12mg nic 100% vg juice then adding flavor. Those apps that tell you how to mix don't really make sense to me and looks like there more on the side of mixing nic,vg and pg instead of what I want to do

There are lots of programs and people have their preferances.

I use ejuicemeup. You just toe in what you got and it spits out the info for what to mix together for the final product/desired result.

If you use for instance nic in a vg base, add flavoring suspending in vg (not many out there) you end up with a true max vg mix. If you using flavoring like FA that are very concentrated you still end up with a very high vg.

If you search Vu for "pg allergy" you will see a lot of great advice...which translates to making max vg mixes. There a few very dedicated members that have graciously spoken up about this topic to help others.

As for pg vs vg base nic. I see it as a preferance. I like using pg because it's easier for me to shake up/roll. Less of a worry of hot spots and all those other things. But like all things take the time to do it right and it should be fine. Same goes for advice on that too here a Vu.

Seems like this has pretty well been answered, so I'm just seconding or "third-ing" lots of others at this point...

Flavors - Bull City Vapor, E-Cig Express, and Nicotine River are my favorites, I buy some things from Nude Nicotine

Nicotine - I use Nude Nicotine, though I've used Vaperstek in the past. Haven't tried Nicotine River and I might someday, but I've been extremely disappointed with every other nic vendor I've tried - EDITING to add that's aside from Nude and Vaperstek - they're both top-notch IMHO.

Base Liquids - Usually Essentials Depot, though I've used Nude Nicotine to save on shipping (they're local) and Nicotine River sent me a free gallon with my last order that I'll crack into for testing in a week or two when I empty my current ED gallon that's in use...

Syringes/other supplies - they're cheap enough that I've gotten them a handful of places, I usually throw a few bucks' worth onto every order.

Bottles - I'm a proponent of LDPE, both for myself and for the bottles I use for others - I've used a few suppliers, but I prefer the tamper-evident caps from an eBay vendor called Lucky Viola. My wife prefers amber glass and re-uses the same few bottles I bought a long time ago from BCV - they're more expensive than packaging suppliers if you're looking for bulk, but convenient if you're only buying a handful at a time.

I found that vendor somewhere here on VU. Just passing it on to others.

I have been completely satisfied with the orders I've placed with them.

Due to minimum shipping charges, I have found that with small orders, lesser cost buying alternatives are possible elsewhere. In addition, some $ can be saved by having the order shipped to a commercial (not residential) location.

Is there a coupon code for essential depot?
Not that I have ever found.

They have some type of paid subscription membership program for people who buy oils for soap making etc and I've seen them advertise discounts and coupons for them, but I've never found any of those coupons posted other places.

I didn't find any codes. When I placed my order shipping was 1/2 off which saved about $10. I'm not sure I would have payed $20 to have 3 glass bottles shipped.
