OK got my soap box just need help gettin up on it

I just heard on the news a report on the states new SAFETY ACT. This act provides for criminals and prisoners in the state. It actually gives them a "GET OUTTA JAIL FREE CARD" for those who have a good prison record ( reguardless of what crimes they are in for OR how many times they have been in). This went into effect about a month or 16 weeks ago and they are already gettin some of them back, so what do they do. they turn them loose again

Ok now IMHO this is just tellin them that they can do crime because they WILL get away from it. And they are callin this a safety act

Ok I'll drag my soapbox back.
