What exactly is the difference between shaken and not stirred? Does one have ice and the other doesn't? Yes, uneducated when it comes to alcohol mixes. If no one has noticed, lol.
The shaken not stirred comes from James Bond movies. The difference is you can get a better mix of the ingredients and it's colder when shaken compared to just stirring. Both forms have ice that is removed when pouring the drink into the serving glass.

I was always told when shaken the ice cubes, from bumpin into each other roughly, breaks off small pieces of ice which for one makes it a minute colder and for two makes the drink a minute weaker for a better, smoother taste. but that's just what I have heard a long time ago.
