Good Afternoon Family :wave:
I seen the maters were startin to build up so i decided to make another big batch of fresh salsa so out come the mater skinnin pans. I think this is the best batch I have ever made just so tasty. But I did cheat and cooked down some of the liquid (juice) and let it reduce to almost catsup consistency and then after coolin added it in and it gave a real nice strong mater/onion/garlic/jalapeno taste. Honestly I am proud of it, wish you were all here to share it. It was a great way to use up the maters I had, there wasn't enough to mess with cannin them.
Oh and I sat down and ate about a pint of it, made a salsa sandwich on sourdough which might not sound to good but was fantastic.
@gopher_byrd please tell your BIL that we are all thinking about him and praying for him to get well soon.
