angel cig scam alret

have I been ripped off for close to 300$ ?I made an order from angel cigs that they said shipped from the U.S.warehouse in California to me in Georgia on dec 21 with the expected delivery day of dec. 24th however it was not sent to me it is now jan 3 the usps said it was sent to wrong address...
