slydr l tank

I recently purchased a Slydr L tank. I love the tank and how it hits. The only issue is the white gasket on the top cap at the refill point. The gasket keeps popping out of place to prevent the Slydr from closing? Anyone experienced this issue? Or know if the top cap assembly can be disassembled...
