temp controll cuboid mini

My question is when in temp control mode using lets say a notch coil in the stainless steel setting, what is the proper settings to have it an as far as like amps, watts ,volts and anything else and if I don't have them right will it damage my mod or just the coil? I am using a cuboid mini. Thanks
