wont turn on

my smok procolor will not turn on. if i take the batteries out and put them back in it will show the smok logo and then cut right back off. if i plug into the computer it shows its charging but thats all. i have checked the batteris and tank on a different vape and both work someone please help

I have a Vaporesso Revenger X Freedom Edition, I have cleaned the battery connectors, I know for a fact my battery’s are in the correct way and fully charged, yet my vape won’t turn on at all.

Okay, so I have a Vaporesso Revenger x , Ive had it for a month now, it has worked before but when I try to turn it on now, it wont turn on. I know its not dead because last time I used it (3 days ago) it was on 50% battery. I always turn it off. Any ideas what the issue might be?
