I just built a parallel 26g 6 wrap dual coil set up. I am using efest 35a 2500mah batteries in a tank crossing box mod. I want to know if i use these batteries am i in danger? Is it safe? From what i have read it is not to safe. Just want some opinions on maybe a better battery or should i just not build this low. I have lg 20a batteries also

Efest 35A are actually 20A continuous. You have absolutely NO headroom for safety with that build and the current you will be drawing.

[EDIT]
Is that mod series or parallel?

Ok thanks i figured that.... Well what batteries would be better to handle a build like this?

Actually, now I have zoomed in on the pics on the PC (I was on my phone just now), I can see that your mod is parallel. So assuming fully charged batteries, you would be drawing around 32 amps, which like I said is not really a good think on the purple efests. But as you are in parallel, you are sharing that load across both batteries so as long as you have been careful to charge and discharge them together, you SHOULD be OK. But as always with serious sub ohming, be careful, and if those batteries start to get warm, stop immediately.

Ok and they have only been used in this mod. I kept them together

you should be fine using two cells in parallel. but use caution. that is some low resistance. but I'm sure you already know that.

The 35a efest is a lg he2. So you have more lg's than you thought. ;) Two of them in parellel is fine for what you're doing if the batteries are matched properly and the mod is built properly. Just echoing what others have said.

More wraps not less!!! Those efest batteries can be dangerous.

Depending on which ones! Since Efest is just a re-wrap company!!! Many LG's & Sony batteries in their mix!

I have heard with multiple battery mods it's a good idea to marry the batt's to the mod and also label them A, B, exc. And to rotate them as well.

I do have to chime in and say I've been pushing these purple efest very very hard and have had 0 issues with heat. I am very cautious tho so it may be a good idea to get some better bats or build higher. I'll explain in pm if you want to know more. Don't want the safety trolls up in my bum

efest are among the top 3 batteries for sub ohm vaping....I love my efest and will probably never buy a sony....

I am leary of using Sony due to the fact that they have never made the vc 4... Or 5. When you go to Chinese Sony they do have them however they are black metallic wraps. I am using purple efests, they may be re wraps but at least you know exactly where it's coming g from, you can even find a ten pack at sears. Com for 90 bucks.

Efest's are rewrapped cells. The only 30 amp continuous 18650 efest is the 2100 mah cell. It's a Sony vtc 4.

A "rewraped" Battery does not give us much certainty about their origins. Aren't VCTs flat top? The one shown on that link looks like the have button top. I'm not a battery expert but I've been using Efests with great results. Never had an issue with them and I've built low.

Orbtronics prob just added nipple tops before rewrapping like the do with the pannys ncr18650pds they rewrap. They are a very trusted source.

Then turn the watts down, the G2 hits harder than other mods. It's a G2, have you tried to use the xxx mode yet? Once you get that dialed in you will never put that mod down

Get rid of those pipe bomb eFest batteries, these are NOT 35a batteries, they are in fact only 10a. eFest re-wraps batteries and grossly inflates their ratings, these have actually been tested and are only 10a. eFest is an unethical and malicious company who intentionally puts their customers in danger.

Stick with authentic Sony, Samsung or LG from reputable Vendors.
