Hey all,

Looking to get into building some art coils and from I can see they usually ohm pretty low. I want to know the standard as far as mods to safely fire coils below .1. I have regulated mods such as the sigelei 150W and Vaporshark DNA200 and a couple decent tubes. Here are some of my inquiries:

Do parallel mech boxes work best for super sub-ohming?
What is the lowest I should build on a single battery 18650/26650 tube when using batteries (assume Im using good batteries (LG/Sony/Samsung)).
What are the best batteries for super sub-ohming?
How low in volts should I be draining my batteries when super sub-ohming? (Not used to batteries draining so fast)
Good resources to learn how to expect coils to ohm out? (Im used to building things completely blind and seeing what they come out to)


Trying to be as safe as possible in the mine field that is super sub-ohming, any help would be great!

For battery amps I tend to use this to choose what battery: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blog-entry/list-of-battery-tests.7436/
And yes parallel is safer for low ohms, for example two 25r's have a 20amp limit, so in parallel in an ideal world the mod would have a 40amp limit, but in the real world its better to go for the safe route and assume the amp limit is just 1.5 times, so two 25r's would be 30amp
To find how low ohms you could go safely use this: http://www.steam-engine.org
And when using two batteries in a mod you should 'marry' them, charge them together, use them together, so no one battery is straining more than the other
Also use the steam engine to calculate the coils as well, pretty much does everything to do with vaping.
In terms of voltage, I never use my battery a bellow 3.9 or so volts cus I feel the vapour gets sub par after that
