Well while I don't have a 24mm Tube, I do have a few 30mm tubes and some 22mm tubes the obvious is overhang. It all comes down to how happy you are with overhang. Personally I prefer not to have overhang, example here's one of my 30mm Tubes with the Modfather 30mm, I like how it's all flush and would not like my Modfather on a 22mm tube. It would just not look right on a 22mm or a 24mm tube.

Besides the esthetics is there any noticeable difference in performance? Thank you for reply.

Oh shit, brain death.

You're looking at the Kennedy Roundhouse tube mod, there would be a little lip with 22mm RDA's and RTA's.

Wouldn't look bad at all, just a little bit of a lip

I am trying to figure out is it worth to get a 24 mm version of my favorite atty, but I am not into regulated mods. There is also few new attys that are available only in 24mm size , that are intriquing to me.
Got attracted by Kennedy because of its switch that reminds me of SMPL on steroids. I like simplicity of it.

Personally I prefer 24&25mm RDA'S so I would say do it. 24&25mm is just the right size. The extra build room is very nice without being the monsters like 30mm.

Kennedy Roundhouse comes with its own atty and is arguably better than the the Kennedy Ruby. It's a wonderful set up. Purchase it.

Wouldn't waste the money on the roundhouse and the difference between 22mm and 24/25mm tubes is, if designed properly, the 24/25mm will be more conductive/less voltage drop because it is denser

I would disagree on it being a 'waste'. I also have 22 mm's i.e. a continuous current Jux. Do I notice a huge difference between my 22's and 24? Not huge. But that roundhouse gets the most use and I have rare more expensive 22's that are just sitting. Roundhouse gets the most use.

Rare and more expensive doesn't mean better quality mod, I've seen/handled/used a roundhouse and saw no point in owning one. As I stated "if designed and built properly" there is a difference between a 22mm and 24/25mm, it all comes down to build quality tho, not price tag.

The build quality on the roundhouse is excellent. The atty is great. Button is very nice.

What is denser? Copper has same density in 22 and 24mm tube?

Except for the fact that it's 2mm denser? Hense why my 24.7mm aluminium Rouge hits as hard as my copper 22mm jux thanks to the thickness of the mod and the button construction
