Take-Two Interactive has confirmed that 2K Games is currently working on an new, unannounced triple-A game.
The publisher teased the upcoming project during its quarterly earnings call, in which it revealed its net revenues from fiscal 2015 were down from the year prior. However, the company is anticipating a successful year ahead, thanks to a number of new releases from its stable of established studios.
"Throughout the coming year, we will continue to execute our proven strategy of launching a select array of the highest-quality titles, led by new annual releases of NBA 2K and WWE 2K; Battleborn, a groundbreaking new intellectual property from Gearbox Software," the publisher said, capping off its statement with the tease that "a soon-to-be announced new triple-A title from 2K" is coming as well.
