What is stopping you from being able to upload photos?

If you're not using Tapatalk, it's a free download and will post pics pretty easily.

The problem is/was your phone's image quality is set entirely too high for images on here by default.
You have to go in and set your phone camera to the lowest possible photo quality setting.
It's usually around 1mp (megapixel).
It will allow you to upload the smaller images and they will still look wonderful on here.
