There is NO SUCH THING as an "ecigarette battery".
These are the same lithium ion technology batteries that work your phone, laptop, police style flashlight, power tools, etc...
If you stick a live battery inside your pocket then you are a set of keys or handful of change away from blowing your leg up.
Don't walk around with batteries in your pocket.
That should be common sense but I guess we are at a time in this country where common sense is replaced by government regulation and loss of freedom.
We are now too stupid to be trusted with the simplest things (such as a cup of coffee or a battery) without hurting ourselves.
This world is doomed.
