Last episode’s cliffhanger saw Malcolm Merlyn talking to his “ace in the hole,” a grimacing Andy Diggle. What’s the deal with this guy’s allegiance? John’s emotional appeal seemed to get through to him, and Andy looked genuinely grateful to be welcomed into his family, so seeing what looked like an act of betrayal was a bit of a surprise.
