50/50 blend too thin for sub ohm?

Has anyone else experienced issues with 50/50 blend in a sub ohm tank? I was at my local smoke shop and tryed some cinnamon roll flavored juice on their tester pen and it tasted pretty good. Got home and cleaned out my tank, changed out the wick/atomizer and it is sputtering almost as if it is burning too fast? Thoughts?

Sometimes a new wick has air bubbles from the juice...this can create a popping sound untill its fully saturated.

Thinner juice in general can heat up faster as well...Try less wattage and see if it settles it down some.

Well I am using an aspire cf sub battery so vw is not really an option.

I will let it sit for a bit and see if it settles down.

You can lower wattage using a higher ohm coil if needed.

It's been my experience too much PG will cause popping and spit back in both subtanks and RDA's..
And because I really don't like any PG at all I vape 100% VG (VG max)..coils like that are in the Maganus, Starre and Arctic have big juice inlets that wicks fast, even with the thick 100% VG I prefer...
And of course dripping 100% VG blows thick flavorful clouds without any spitback or popping noises, least it's that way with me..just sayin

Mike I am running the highest ohm coil for this tank (matrix) the .6 coil, sputtering seems to be subsiding as it sat and saturated in more (primed coil before install as well)

Smacksy I agree max vg is a better fit for sub ohm tanks but was a little strapped for cash so had to go with a cheaper store brand until payday (tenacious 7)

Thx for the input guys!
