5150-St8Jacket Clone/Recipe

So I just got into DIY and have made a few flavors from some members here as well as a few random concoctions of my own. But there is one juice that I find myself constantly going back to that I just cannot find a recipe for and that's 5150 e-liquids Str8jacket. Was wondering if anyone here happened to have a recipe for that or any idea where I should start?

I haven't tried it, but someone asked me to clone based on a description - they said this comes really close, but no salt on the caramel - I haven't found a salted caramel without diketone warnings:

3% FA Butterscotch
2.5% FA Caramel
1% FA Oak Wood
6% CAP Vanilla Custard

Thanks man, I'll have to substitute a few flavors. I've got:

TFA Butterscotch
TFA Caramel Original
I do have FA Oak Wood lol
Cap Vanilla Custard v2, or TFA Vanilla Custard

I'm gonna mix some up tonight and give it a taste.

That recipe is awesome, it's very close but still delicious. thanks again, I've been wanting to order some more of the st8jacket for weeks but haven't been able to bring myself to drop $28 for 30ml since I started doing DIY xP
