I canceled my order, and your website indicated that my order status was Refunded. Now I get an email stating that my order cannot be canceled because it has already shipped. I find it curious that you were able to change my order status from "updating" to "refunded" during the power failure.
edit - just checked your website again and order status is still "refunded". I understand that things happen, and a power failure is beyond your control, but explain to me why this has not been corrected.
Hi AlbyKortoona thanks for your messages, have checked for you, let me explain why the status under your account is changing but didn't receive the refund.
The first stauts is "processing" when we received your order and the second status is we change it manually to "updaing" when we record the order to our order list and plan to send it out when the stock arrives. The third "refunded" is when you disputed the order through paypal, the order stauts will change to "refunded" automaticially no matter we have refunded or not.
And currently let me solve the problem for you, the limitless plus stock have arrived and all pre orders have sent out including yours, the tracking number should be mailed to all customers and tracking info should be online in about 24-48 hours at most. may i ask do you still want to cancel the order since you have opened the dispute, if you confirm it, we will try to ask out shipping company to get the package back and then refund for you asap. if the package has left, sorry we can not ask it back but can still cancel it for you when you receive it and contact us to return. and another, hope you don't cancel it because the package is the on the way. and sorry about the shipping delay because the new products usually meet some shipping problems, the stock arrival date is changing sometimes by the official suppliers. and we also would like to do some compensation for you for this inconvenience and we value all customers though we are still new. we would like to send a extra tank or battery to you if you would like to accept it. and also we are always looking for some good reviewers for our products, if you are interested, we would like to provide the review samples from time to time. just drop a email to us if you or other VU members are interested. thanks and hope this can solve the problem for you.
