No, there isn't actually a "God of T**s and Wine" (that we know of), but still, we thought it'd be a good time to take a look at who the proud, pious people on Game of Thrones actually do worship.

Now that Cersei's playing a risky game and using armed fundamentalists to put down those might oppose her, religion's become a big theme on the series. Tyrion encountered a Red Priestess over in Volantis, Arya's currently apprenticing inside the House of Black and White, and the Queen Mother's wielding her cousin' dangerous devoutness as a weapon.

Now, we're only going to focus on the main religions here. The ones that have appeared on the series in meaningful ways. Because there are dozens of faiths within George R.R. Martin's world that exist as texture only. Stone Cows, Black Goats, Night Lions, and many more - a menagerie of deities favored by various cultures all over the saga of Ice and Fire. No, here we'll just talk about -- you know -- why Ned used to sit in front of that tree. Why Melisandre loves lighting people on fire. Why Drogo and Daenerys likened each other to bowls of Lucky Charms. The usual suspects.
