According to super-handy site WatchAware, more than 2,100 iOS apps on the App Store now have Watch support. In other words, you don't have to worry about finding things to do with the Watch on day one.
The real question is: Do you want all of those things on your Watch? Some apps look like shrunken versions of what's on iPhone, but you don't necessarily need access to every smartphone function on a tiny, wearable screen.
