This is a great video from IndoorSmokers that really dives deep into the problems going on, not least of which is the fact that are already seeing the harm of black market products since JUUL has been pressured to remove flavored cartridges from shelves.

People will get their flavors from someone else. Someone unregulated & potentially very harmful.
