A few questions

ive been vaping for quite a while but mostly on the cigalikes, i started using the Pico but the taste just wasnt enough. So i bought an Vaporesso Nebula 100W a few months later.

However ive stopped vaping off and on to start smoking again, vaping helps me for a few hours and then the need for a smoke wont go away until i push thru which in somecases i did until stress got the better off me.

Now for the questions that i have;
- Every hit i almost always need to cough lately, how can i stop this?
- I got the Nebula and i wonder what tank would be good, i got the standard but it just burns through juice compared to the pico and i dont really feel like spending 50 bucks a week.
- Anyone got tips for a noob?

Thanks in advance guys.

The coughing is normal
it wont normally quit until you quit smoking altogether and then it may last for a while

There may be other things you can change that are causing you to cough
you didnt really give us all the info we need to completely help you
such as:
what tanks you used - I am going to for the sake of my answers assume you got the melo III with the pico and the veco tank with the nebula since thats what I see them advertised with
what nicotine strength you are using
what wattages you are using
the pg/vg ratio of your juice

these things effect the cough at times

so first things first
both those tanks use sub ohm coils
which mean they can vaporize a lot of juice in millliseconds - which means you can get a lot of nicotine at once
so if your are above 6mg of nic that may be causing the cough
also if you are below 6mg that maybe why your cravings are not getting satisfied as well
regardless subohm tanks eat through juice no matter what
when i switched to subohm coils and tanks a few years ago, my juice consumption tripled, but so did my satisfaction and flavor
SO i did what most do, learned to make my own juice. now a ml of juice costs me below 10 cents usually 5-6 cents
but if you search, you can find less expensive juice online.
a search through this forum will reveal a few that people really like, even those of us who make our own juice

now your pg/vg ration
some people are sensitive to one, usually pg. but pg gives what we call throat hit. Its that feeling in your throat. this can trigger the cough. so try juice with more vg then pg

finally wattage, try tuning your watts down 5,10 even 15 watts and see if that helps

the coughing is either a reaction to the vaping..too much nic,too much pg, not used to the vape yet, or even in some cases the flavor itself
