i have a lot of this custard made and i really liked it . but after steeping for a month it seems there is a flavor missing ? dull taste. i want to add a little something something if you catch my drift, to add a note or even dominate and leave the custard in the background.

i am a big dessert fan and don't like fruits. what i have (that crossed my mind) are FA and TPA Caramels, FW Butterscotch,TPA Dulce De Leche, TPA Bourbon, TPA English Toffee , CAP and TPA Graham Cracker, RY'S ETC...instead of starting from scratch i thought i'd ask if anyone had an addition that sets their custard off. i don't mind ordering flavors at all. its just my flavoring is already on the high side so i probably won't want to add much . maybe a Coffee ? all help is greatly appreciated.
