Ok heres the issue. Last Monday I placed an order to one of these fly by night vape outfits. On Friday I received my order, but the box mod I had ordered wasn't in it. After some work I got a hold of this company early Saturday morning, and I was told to send them a copy of of my invoice and a picture of every thing I had received in the order. I did all that but I did not hear any thing back, so I called this morning and finally got some help. Ten minutes after I hung up the phone I got a tracking number for my mod then eight minutes after that I received a second tracking number.

So now I have 2 tracking numbers and 2 boxes on the way. Should I send one back or just keep both when they get here?

I'd wait to see what they sent you - given the first mistake maybe one of the boxes they shipped is empty.

No doubt. If you're going to go the good guy route, I'd at least expect them to send you a postage-paid return label. If they're any kind of reputable vendor they'd also create a one-use coupon code, send you some extra goodies, or just tell you to keep the screw-up on them as a goodwill measure. If they don't do at least that, fuck'em and enjoy your free mod.

Dave has a good point. The right thing to do would be to let them know they sent you an extra mod. Put it on them to decide what to do. It would be hard to send it back but right is right. Good luck and keep us updated on what happens.

I've never actually gotten a free mod by mistake, but I have gotten things over the years like bottles of liquid or clearomizers that were mis-packaged. Every time I've contacted the vendor, they've just told me to keep the stuff because the people who were supposed to get what I got have already had replacements sent out...

I just sent an email informing them they sent me 2 boxes I'll be waiting back for a response.
