So, how do they know people who regularly vape "roughly doubled" if they have no data from 2017?

Unless all of a sudden "regularly vape" means "as little as one puff in the past 30 days"

To regularly vape is to vape daily.
Daily as in regularly!

I'm getting really fucking tired of people changing the meaning of words & phrases to suit their needs whenever they feel like it.
