Sniper Elite and Atomfall developer Rebellion has announced Alien Deathstorm, a first-person shooter with otherworldly weather and deadly creatures.
This atmospheric title made its debut during the March 2026 Xbox Partner Preview today. Along with a sneak peek at the harsh conditions threatening player survival, its reveal trailer comes with the promise to see it launch for Xbox on PC, Cloud, and Xbox Series X | S, as well as Game Pass, at an unspecified point in the future.
Rebellion is heading to uncharted, extraterrestrial territory, but Alien Deathstorm is only the studio’s latest stab at a first-person adventure. Last year, it released its post-apocalyptic action RPG, Atomfall, a game we gave an 8/10 review at launch. The studio is also responsible for the long-running Sniper Elite series, the Zombie Army spinoffs, RTS franchise Evil Genius, and much more.
As Alien Deathstorm prepares for its Xbox launch, whether Rebellion has plans to bring it to other platforms is unclear. For more from today’s news, you can check out everything announced during the March 2026 Xbox Partner Preview.
