Alternative to LA Almond?

Have a recipe that calls for this but, a small drop just ate through my desk, WTF?

Anyway, I have FA Almond and Marzipan, will either substitute well and at what comparable %?

Never tried LA Almond but I always find myself gravitating towards FA Marzipan over FA Almond. It's sweeter and kinda of fluffier if that's what your going for. Hell, make two batches and see what happens.

If you want flavor like almond extract to act as an accent in a recipe, that's FA Almond.
If you want amaretto-like flavor to sweeten and STAND OUT in the recipe, that's FA Marzipan.
They're very useful together, too.

Use way less if using FA, maybe 0.5%-2% to start.
Most of the LA stuff is real weak...

Lorann's almond is almond OIL, and it will eat through a plastic cup. FA has the best, truest-flavored almond.
