Picked up a black iStick 100w mod...figured I'd give my silver one to the wife n take up the black one... Well pull it out the box take the door off to put the batteries in kinda tilt the device a bit and I hear shhhhhheltht cling..tilt it to the other side shhhhhehthhrht cling I'm like oh no a (manufactory defect I always get one) piece of metal broke off in there... Well thay have a strict no refund/return/replacement policy for hardware... We discussed the mater to verify its not the button rattle and Arnie I think his name was, was all to nice said you know what just send it back and well replace it... Hell ya great service... But unfortunately I couldn't come with the idk 7-10 shipping so I just took it apart and removed the loss metal and braced it back with a Popsicle stick.... I'm sure if I'd have asked they'd have paid the shipping but it wasn't there fault so.... Overall best customer service I've had yet... The mod still has a bit of a rattle on top of the button rattle but now I know I'm not gonna get a short, thanks Breazy... I'll definitely buy my next one from you
