American reviewers now what?

Just wondering, if there is no more new gear to be bought then what are all the American reviewers going to review?
Is it even legal for them to promote new gear that can't be sold in the US and what's the point?

I suppose they could do live shows like Mike and do a lot of juice reviews like Zophie but that can only last for so long.

I bet Daniel, Todd and others like them are going to become real popular.

Maybe Busardo will finally start reviewing RDAs.
He has a lot of catching up to do since his last RDA review was in 2013

Vaping gear will still be made around the world as there are still markets for it to be sold into, if not the US. I expect that US-based reviewers and individuals will be able to get a hold of new items, although perhaps not as easily as today. Why do you think it might not be legal for reviewers to promote new gear that can't be sold in the US? I see nothing in the deeming regulations against reviewing items on YouTube. One could argue that it doesn't make a lot of sense for US reviewers to promote items that cannot be legally sold in the US, but again, I imagine that many US-based reviewers have a large non-US following to which reviews on new items that they can actually get would probably be useful.

Nothing in the regulation about Youtube, but might be something in Youtube user agreement.

You as an individual could get new gear at the black market, buy posting video proof of using it is as a reviewer is a different story.

How would it feel for an american viewer to watch an american reviewer show a new product and at the end say "oh btw you can't buy it"

The FDA deeming regulations pertain to selling products in the US. There's nothing in them that states it is illegal to posses them. You can show off all of your vaping gear on YouTube if you like; if you're not manufacturing it or selling it, what's the FDA going to do? Potential state taxes (like the PA floor tax) are a different story, but that's not what you've asked about.

Yes it makes sense.
Usage is fine and sale is prohibited, but what about promoting sales?

I could put on a large sign promoting the use of ****** and walk up and down the street. Do you think that the FDA is going to incarcerate me? What grounds do the police have to arrest me?
