Another company that is going to stop the shipping of the products except which are formulated to menthol and tobacco once the FDA will restrict these effects.

The e-cigarettes makers are going to submit reports to the agency on the different vaping products which they want to sell in the U.S. This change will also apply to the fruit-flavored products which will get back into the market. The NJOY is going to submit the applications regarding the fruit-flavored disposable products.

What are the previous changes being made?

Back in 2018, Juul Labs who are another e-cigarette maker are going to stop the retail order for the Fruit, Mango, Creme, and Cucumber flavored pods. These products were in more than 90,000 retail stores.

In 2019, Juul stopped the sale which includes non menthol flavors and no tobacco flavors whether they were being sold online or in the store.

Recently, in November they stopped the retail and online orders for the mint-flavored pods. The options which were left are Menthol, Classic Tobacco, and Virgin Tobacco.

What are the Opponent's thoughts on the vaping ban?

No doubt, vaping has helped many people to quit smoking. They enjoy the flavors and now they are hooked on to it but yes also know how much is helpful for them. It would be best if officials make the smoking age followed strictly and not ban adults over 21 to stop using the vaping products and devices they enjoy the most.
