I am trying to figure out how much nicotine my body is getting from vaping, compared to smoking analogs. I have no idea how accurate this is. From sketchy information I gathered from various web sites I have come up with the following conclusion:
An average cigarette has around 12mg of nicotine, your body absorbs about 1mg of that nicotine when you smoke the cigarette. Smoking 18 cigarettes a day gives your body around 18mg of nicotine per day.
3ml of 12mg Nicotine Juice has 36mg of nicotine in that amount of Juice. Your body absorbs around 50% of that nicotine when you vape it, so your body is getting 18mg of nicotine from that amount of juice.
I smoked around 15 to 20 cigarettes a day, now I am vaping around 3ml of 12mg Juice a day. From the above information I am "guessing" that I am getting the same amount of nicotine.
My question,,,,,,,, is this close to accurate or completely wrong????
